The Sr. Food Service Specialist is a lead position that effectively and professionally interacts and builds relationships with our customers and follows up on various duties. This position will be responsible for preparing foods, maintain a food safety and sanitation standard throughout the entire store.

Serves as Product Brand Advocate
Follow up on all Shift Duty Checklists completed by FS Specialists and communicates any concerns to the store manager.
Follow up on all cleanliness and sanitation duties outlined in the Shift Duty Checklists and Weekly Duty Checklists. Reports any concerns to the store manager.
Ensure that equipment maintenance and operation of all refrigeration, ovens, and POS equipment is operable and report conditions that are a concern.
Follow up daily that all line checks are being completed ensuring the freshest quality products are only being served.
Ensure the product rotation, organization, and correct labeling of products are being practiced.
Validate that the daily prep sheet and order guide are being completed accurately and provide feedback to the FS specialist as well as the store manager.
Effectively operates all food service equipment
Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and able to recommend items and answer any questions that customers may have
Prepares food orders accurately and to specification ensuring recipe integrity at all times.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean up.
Maintains the sanitation of the food service area to include work area and equipment.
Comply with company policies, procedures, standards, and specifications for all food being prepared.
Accurately records all temperatures and complies with proper food handling procedures.
Ability to stock shelves with inventory and product

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass all competency tests. Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent
